Beginning for the 2025-2026 School year, St. Gerard is moving to FACTS for our Student Information System (formerly PowerSchool) and for our Tuition Management (formerly Blackbaud).
I'm setting up my Family Portal and it says I have an incorrect email address? Your Family Portal email is the email you had to use PowerSchool. If you wish to use a different email going forward, you will be able to change the email address once you setup your account using the email address you used for PowerSchool.
I didn't receive an email to Create my FACTS account? The email was sent to the email that was in PowerSchool. If you don't see that email, please check your junk email as well.
My Husband or Wife can't create a Family Portal Login, but I can? The parent that is able to log in, login to your Family Portal Account. Click on Family, and then Family Home. From there, you can see a spot to toggle between family members. Go to the parent that can't log in. Check if there is an email address under their information. If there is not, add the email address they want to use and click save. Once this is complete, then have them take the steps to create a Family Portal account.
I had students last year at St. Gerard, but I need to add a new student this year. What do I do?
Step 1 - Make sure to create your Family Portal Account
Step 2 - Login to your Family Portal Account and Apply/Enroll
Step 3 - Click on Application, then click on the "click here to open application".
Step 4 - Fill out the application. The School will review and respond according. If the new student is accepted, then you will get one more email to complete the enrollment process.
